Let's suppose you have a large network with numerous computers and you want to have the same files and folders on all of them. It can also be configured to automatically run at Windows Startup or Shutdown. This way, the user will always have his private information in a safe place.

SmartSync Pro includes a feature for comparing files, displaying changes since the last synchronization, thus easily spotting all the differences. This way, the user can be certain he will always have the same information in both places. The number of synchronizing profiles that can be added in SmartSync Pro is unlimited, each one of them having its own settings and options. A log window can display all the past synchronizing tasks, allowing the user to quickly see if there were any errors.

It features a step by step wizard, for quickly and easily setting a synchronization task, thus allowing even beginners to use the software. Besides that, it can automatically spot all the differences since the last synchronization. Last but not least, a log window displays complete information regarding all the past synchronization tasks.

Cons:
The large number of settings and options may confuse a beginner who is not familiar with this kind of software.
